r <br />ARTICLE 7.18 - PD-MU: PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-MIXED USE DISTRICTS continued <br />("Yes" indicates compliance; "No" indicates non-compliance) <br />ordinance Requirements <br />6. Minimum Yard Requirements <br />Adjacent to Public Streets <br />Minimum front yards adjacent <br />to public streets shall be thirty <br />feet. <br />7. Yards required adjacent to <br />Residential Districts <br />Where PD-MU districts adjoin <br />Residential districts without an <br />intervening street or alley, a <br />yard at least twenty feet in <br />width, if a sideyard, or depth, <br />if a rear yard, shall be provided <br />along such joint boundary. <br />8. Restrictions on vehicular <br />use of yards required adjacent <br />to public streets. <br />Yards required above shall not <br />be used for parking and yards <br />required above adjacent to <br />Residential districts shall not <br />be used for driveways serving <br />five or more parking areas. <br />e) Site Planning - External <br />Relationships <br />Relation of the district to <br />surrounding areas shall be as <br />provided for PD-H districts at <br />Section 7.1 q.:3 External <br />Relationships; Subsections . 1, <br />Principal Vehicular Access <br />Points; 2, Access for <br />Pedestrians and Cyclists; 3, <br />Protection of Visibility; 5, <br />Yards, Fences, Walls or <br />Vegetative Screening, and 6, <br />Height Limitations. <br />1. Requirement for mass <br />transit access. No PD-MU <br />district shall be created except <br />where mass transportation or <br />direct access to an arterial <br />street is available, or is made <br />available, at convenient <br />locations at the edges of or <br />within the district.
