It looks as iiy at least to me that both are about the same in size and proportion, <br />Based on the calls £or service generated and problems the development o£ Southern <br />Village has placed on us since June o£ 1994, it is easy for anyone to see how we would <br />need additional personnel. ,A sub-station or a~'iice in Southern Village at this tune <br />certainly would be asset to us. <br />I am also sure your ax@ aware, that. it was anticipated that Chapel Hi11 would annex dais <br />area within two years a£the beginning date and is yet to do so. We also may have been <br />misinformed but we were told this past month that it could be eighteen ;months ar two <br />years before Chapel Hill actually annexes Southern Village.
