Z <br />have looked at the plans and feel due to the size of this proposed developme>t Z will have <br />to respond with rnlare than a `des we can" letter. <br />Laolsing at the plans, this project will have over 640 homes, a large number of vff ces and <br />businesses, which will generate a tat of calls for our patrol area # 13. From. the beginning <br />we will be patrolling the project and protecting property (motor graders etc; after working <br />hours). As soon as builditag construction begins we will be asked to protect materials and <br />equipment an a regular basis. With the other duties already assigned tv this area, these <br />additional responsibilities will require us to i~acrease our patrol sta~at the very least by a <br />minimum of4 deputies and equiprrtent, including vehicles. This will be an additional cost <br />far Prange Cau~aty and everyone needs to known this from the outset. When this <br />development is completed for us to service the people properly in the Preserve, there <br />should be a an increase of 4 more deputies and equipment. Asub-station should be built <br />in this development for the people and deputies to meet and work out of <br />
