The five types of <br />capital casts shown below correspond to the individual cost components in the school <br />impact fee calculations. The major capital component is for school buildings, with a <br />projected average annual expenditure of $2.8 million. Based solely on impact fee <br />~' revenue, Orange County School District faces a projected deficit of approximately $1.16 <br />i million per year for capacity-related capital improvements. <br />The table below indicates the local cost of facilities (i.e., paid for by Orange County) <br />needed to accommodate the projected ADM increase. In the Orange County District, <br />i <br />additional residential units only account for approximately 70% of the projected ADM <br />increase.
