J. M. Hobbs, Commissioners Clarence Jones, Donald McDade <br />and Henry Walker. <br />Members absents Co~iseioner Donald Stanford. <br />', Efinutes of the previous meeting sera read by the Clerk and apprwad by the Hoard. <br />The follawing Department Officiate prasehted reports for the month of June, 1959. <br />Antherine NilLm~, Asat. C. was signed by Chairman Hobbs. <br />Hoard <br />The A.H.C./reported on the part oT the audit which had boon completed. <br />After conelderable discussion on the financial statutue of the A.H.C. System it was agreed <br />that the System would repay the $20,000.00 borrwed from Orange County m Larch 2, 1959, by <br />Larch of 1960 and that the Board could undertake to psy the County $10,000.00 from the A.H.C. <br />profits by Lay of 1960. <br />Tha Board of Education met with the Comaisalonera at 3 p.m. and requested approval of the <br />Guidance Program, in order, that the psrsonnol for the program might ba immediately employed. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner LeDade, aeco¢dod by Commiaeioner Walker, and unanimously adopted, <br />tLe Hoard approved in prlaclpal the Guidance Program. <br />The Sherriff and Clark of Court were asked to make m investigation on the fee schedule <br />oS +Le oomtiae ad~oi¢ing Orange, in order, that the Board might make a comparsion study. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Walker, seconded by Commiealonsr McDade, and unanimously <br />adopted, the follauing Interim Approprintioa resolution was introduceds <br />To General Fund $ 5,500.00 -. <br />To Welfare Funds $20,000.00 <br />To School Funds $10,000,00 <br />To Reoorder'e Court Fund 500.00 <br />To Health Fug 1,800.00 <br />Tha Sollowing aemea were dram ae 3urore tar the August 10th Term of Superior Court. <br />1.
