North/South Carolina 2018 Time & Material Policy <br />December 1, 2017 <br /> <br />Definition: <br />Any work requested by the customer that does not involve a contract or prior agreement. The <br />only work that will be performed will result from a customer directive. <br /> <br />Standard Hourly Labor Rate <br /> <br />Mechanic Automation Engineering/ <br />Energy <br />Fire Security Electrical Specialist <br />$115 $175 $198 $163 $130 $186 <br /> <br />A trip charge of $70, plus mileage, applies for all trips for non service contract <br />customers. <br />A trip charge of $60, plus mileage, applies after the first 50 miles for service contract <br />customers. <br /> <br />Technical Support Program Customers <br />Value Added Hourly Labor Rate <br /> <br />Mechanic Automation Engineering/ <br />Energy <br />Fire Security Electrical Specialist <br />$105 $144 $181 $135 $115 $158 <br /> <br />Expenses: $0.95/mile and Per Diem (if applicable) <br /> <br />Requirements: <br />x Charges start from the time of dispatch to the time the work is complete. <br />x On-site service requires a four (4) hour minimum charge. Online service requires a two (2) hour minimum <br />charge. <br />x Automation material rates: Standard Pricing Applies: Apogee – List x 0.6, Field Devices – List x 0.5. <br />x Fire Life Safety material rates: Customers with an active Service Agreement will benefit from a discount off of <br />the standard pricing for Siemens products in the Life Safety Pricing Guide. Customers with an S/A will <br />receive “Trade Net” pricing. Customers without a Service Agreement will pay “User Net” pricing. . <br />x Rates are subject to change at anytime. <br />x Regular hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
