July 2, 2019 Page 4 <br /> <br />2 Service Solution <br />2.1 Service Team <br /> <br />An important benefit of your Service Agreement derives from having the trained <br />service personnel of Siemens familiar with your building systems. Our <br />implementation team of local experts provides thorough, reliable service and <br />scheduling for the support of your system. <br /> <br />The following list outlines the service team that will be assigned to the service <br />agreement for your facility. <br /> <br /> <br />Orange County’s Assigned Team of Service Professionals will include: <br /> <br />Brian Fleischhauer, Service Program Manager, is responsible for ensuring that <br />our contractual obligations are delivered, your expectations are being met and you <br />are satisfied with the delivery of our services. <br /> <br /> <br />Christian Anderson, Primary Building Automation Specialist is responsible for <br />performing the ongoing service of your building automation system. <br /> <br /> <br />Brian Bentley is your Secondary Building Automation Specialist. Brian will be <br />familiarized with your system to provide assistance in two man task and in-depth <br />backup coverage. <br /> <br /> <br />Jake Snyder, Service Sales Account Executive manages the overall strategic <br />service plan based upon your current and future service requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />Craig Martin, Service Operations Manager is responsible for managing the <br />delivery of your entire support program and service requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />Customer Response Center <br /> <br />Emergency Phone / Online Response – Normal Business Hours = Service <br />Team Leader.
