These zoning atlas amendments are to rezone specific areas to the <br />the Hillsborough Area EDD. <br />The proposed atlas amendments are as follows: <br />AREA 1: R1 to ED-LO-1 <br />AREA 2: R3 to ED-LO-1 <br />AREA A: ED to ED-LO-1 <br />(NE, SE, NW, part of SW Quadrants <br />AREA A: ED to ED-LO-2 <br />(Remainder of SW Quadrant) <br />AREA 3c: R1 to ED-LO-1 <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Staff recommends Approval of the proposed zoning atlas amendments <br />Administration recommends that the zoning atlas amendments be <br />referred to the Planning Board for a recommendation back to the Board <br />of County Commissioners at the April 17, 2001 meeting. <br />G/robert/february2001 PH/AbstractAreaRe7nn in ~s <br />
