West 111.4 feet to a stake, the point or place of beginning, and being the WESTERN <br /> half of Lot No. 27 of Craig Land, (which Craig survey was made June 7, and 8, 1915, by <br /> James O. Webb, County Surveyor) as per plat and survey of J.
