This included the programming, schematic <br />design, permit and construction drawings and construction administration services for the Site, <br />Seymour Center and the Southern Human Services Center. After the schematic design work was <br />completed for these three areas the intent for the Southern Human Services Center changed. The work <br />for Southern Human Services was then placed on hold until further notice. During the FY2019-24 <br />budget planning the funding for the Southern Human Services Center expansion and BOCC meeting <br />space was moved out into future years. Therefore this amendment is to credit back the funds for not <br />performing the permit and construction design for this project. <br /> <br />Change Order Description: <br />This change order is for a credit back to the Southern Campus Expansion Project to remove the <br />professional services portion of work related to the Southern Human Services Building from the scope <br />of work. <br /> <br />Change Order Line Item Cost: <br />The credit is $250,000 deducted from the base contract. <br /> <br /> <br />Original Contract: $889,640 <br />Deduct for Amendment 1: ($250,000) <br />Revised Contract: $639,540 <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 588DE211-750B-4443-AF20-9124EAC4B301
