A site manager is located at each <br />site and is responsible for the daily operation of <br />nutrition programs and meals. There are also three <br />coordinators of services responsible for the <br />coordination, outreach, referral and provision of <br />services to low-income families and individuals. <br />These services include, but are not limited to <br />weatherization, housing rehabilitation assistance, <br />financial emergency assistance, Older Workers <br />Pro ram, and information and referral. <br />DSS <br />In-Home Aid Services $ 34,599 $32,869 <br />Home and Community Block Grant enables low- <br />income, minority individuals to defer or prevent <br />institutionalization by providing quality services to <br />meet basic needs. These services include the <br />performance of essential home management and <br />personal care tasks rendered under guidance and <br />su ervision. <br />Aging <br />Senior Center Operations $ 85,061 $76,494 <br />Grant funds pay a portion of the salaries of the <br />Facility Managers at the three multi-purpose Senior <br />Centers o erated b the De artment on A in . <br />Transportation <br />Daily Fixed route transportation is provided far $ 73,394 $73,394 <br />seniors to attend activities at the four Centers and <br />two community centers that house the .J000A <br />Nutrition Pro rams sites in Oran e Count . <br />
