This district will be applied in the Hillsborough Area Economic <br />Development District. <br />b. This district shall only be applied where water and sewer is available at <br />the site ar is to be made available to the site as part of the development <br />approval process. <br />(D) ED-LNO Economic Development -Linear Office District <br />(1) ,Purpose. The ED-LNO District is intended to accommodate low to <br />moderately intense medical, professional, administrative and government <br />ofFce on small to mid-sized sites. The district is intended to be located on <br />the periphery of established residential areas and along major and minor. <br />thoroughfares. The district is established to provide convenient locations <br />for offices, the size and operating characteristics of which require limited <br />parking and which generate little traffic. This district will be applied in the Hillsborough Area Economic <br />Development District. <br />b. This district shall only be applied where water and sewer is available at <br />the site or is to be made available to the site as part of the development <br />approval process. <br />(4) Supplementary District Requirements. Structures in the LNR District <br />shall not exceed 5,000 square feet in gross floor area. <br />(5) Hours of Operation. If hours of operation are to exceed the EDD limits of <br />6:00 AM until 11:00 PM, a Class A Special Use Permit shall be required. <br />
