Our firm would <br /> welcome the opportunity to be selected to assist Orange County in the administration of <br /> its HOME program. <br /> UDV specializes in planning consulting services for housing, community and economic <br /> development projects, redevelopment projects, rehabilitation programs, urban studies, <br /> and architectural services. Our firm will commit the staff and resources necessary to meet <br /> the quality and expectations of Orange County. <br /> Scope of Services -- <br /> The HOME Technical Assistance will include the tasks listed below as assigned by the <br /> Director of the Department of Housing and Community Development on an "as needed" <br /> basis: <br /> 1 , Assistance in the preparation of environmental clearance and release of <br /> funds for HOME activities. <br /> 2. Assistance with the HOME Program drawdowns, projectslactivities setups, <br /> and reporting accomplishments in IRIS. <br /> 3. Assistance in addressing HOME questions. <br /> 4. Development of a checklist of what is needed to be included in all HOME <br /> Consortium project files: Administration, Homeowner, and Housing Rehab <br /> files. <br /> 5.
