DocuSign Envelope ID:7353FC92-5B73-4D45-86CA-D32B32ABB4C2 <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> AMENDMENT TO SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this the 12th day of July, 2019, by and between the County <br /> of Orange, a body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina, ("County"), and Urban Design <br /> Ventures,LLC("Provider"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a Services Agreement dated, March 26, 2019, and <br /> identified by the County as 2019-195-E Housing, to provide services to be rendered by Provider to <br /> County's Housing Department("Original Agreement"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to amend the Original Agreement, while keeping in effect all <br /> terms and conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth <br /> below. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and agreements made herein, the <br /> parties agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows: <br /> Add the delivery of technical assistance specified in the attached proposal to Sections 1.1.1, <br /> Scope of Work and 3.1.1 Basic Services; and increase the maximum amount payable for Basic Services to <br /> $22,000 in Section 5.1.1, Compensation for Basic Services, to include the cost of the Technical <br /> Assistance services,which is $8,000. <br /> Except for the changes made Section 1.1.1, Scope of Work, Section 3.1.1, Basic Services, and Section <br /> 5.1.1, Compensation herein,the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the extent it is <br /> not inconsistent with this Amendment.
