The bid was submitted on a <br />lump sum basis, <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board award a bid to Tommy <br />Lawrence Electrical Contractors, Inc, Roxboro, NC in an amount not to exceed $280,618; and <br />authorize the Purchasing Director to execute the appropriate paperwork. <br />
