If changes are made during the year, a <br /> revised Funding Agreement will be signed. <br /> United Way does not or will not require the fiscal agent to assume any responsibility for financial <br /> monitoring or oversight of the partner agencies regarding their use or handling of United Way funds. <br /> Performance, outcomes and activities are the collaborative's responsibility for execution and the <br /> collaborative must be accountable to the partnership members and United Way. <br /> Reporting Timeline <br /> • July 8, 2019- Deadline to submit completed and signed Funding Agreement <br /> • February 2020- Mid-Year Progress Report—This will be a qualitative check-in. <br /> • July 2020-Year-End Report for 2019-2020-This includes performance outcomes and <br /> demographics for households. <br /> Marketing/Storytelling expectations for Community Impact Partners <br /> • Make your best storytellers available for UWGT staff to learn from and harvest stories that will <br /> help advance the mission and goals of United Way. <br /> • Collect client success stories and participate in the creation of promotional videos and other <br /> materials. <br /> • Community Impact Partners, as well as UWGT, will cross-post events on social media (Facebook, <br /> Twitter) related to our work together. <br /> • Display the approved United Way of the Greater Triangle logo prominently in your office or <br /> service facilities. <br /> • Use the approved United Way of the Greater Triangle logo on primary publications and <br /> materials for programs supported by United Way funding (i.e. newsletters, organization brochures, <br /> annual reports or posters). <br /> • Add the approved United Way logo and a link to United Way of the Greater Triangle's homepage <br /> (www.unitedwaytriangle.org)to your web site where it is visible. <br /> • Non-Disparagement Clause—Agree to not disparage the name of United Way of the Greater <br /> Triangle or any of its employees, board members or volunteers in their roles at United Way of the <br /> Greater Triangle in the media (broadcast, print, mobile/text or social media outlet). <br /> Volunteer Engagement <br /> Engaging UWGT's donor base in meaningful volunteer experiences is key to the success of our issue <br /> awareness building and fundraising efforts. Your funding proposal was partly evaluated on the quality <br /> and types of volunteer experiences presented and we are excited to work together to provide these <br /> activities in the coming year. UWGT staff will work with the appropriate volunteer engagement staff at <br /> your organization in order to schedule, plan and execute the experiences. <br /> Best Practices for Individual Agencies <br /> • Provide a calendar of agency special events you would like UWGT staff to attend. Indicate any <br /> sponsorship opportunities you would like to submit for consideration. <br /> • Acknowledge United Way support in any publication/program where other sponsors or <br /> contributors are listed such as annual reports. <br />
