Payment will be distributed through Electronic Funds Transfer. <br /> EFT's will allow us to process allocation, designation, and vendor payments in a timely manner. Please <br /> fill out the EFT form(attached) in its entirety. <br /> For Collaboratives Only: <br /> The Fiscal Agent is responsible for distributing payments to the other partners in the collaborative. The <br /> mutual accountability requirements for your collaboration should be employed during the funding year <br /> to identify any potential need to adjust individual agency payments or to make changes in the list of <br />
