DocuSign Envelope ID: E53DCC3C-B8E8-410C-BB50-A039C27BD393 <br /> MW, r--t � Tradebe Environmental Services, LLC. <br /> 1433 E. 83rd Ave., Ste. 200 <br /> TRAD E B E Merrillville, IN 46410 <br /> • Recruitment will begin for the onsite staff <br /> • Existing onsite staff will be contacted to determine if they would be interested in applying with Tradebe <br /> for their current or similar positions <br /> Week 2 after notice of award <br /> • Tradebe's Operations Manager will spend one or more days at each facility to observe and get first- <br /> hand familiarity with how operations are currently run and all reporting requirements, contingency plans <br /> and spill plans. <br /> • Creation of site-specific health and safety plans <br /> • Review Security plans for the facilities <br /> • Ordering tools, equipment, and supplies <br /> • Finalize approvals for current waste streams into our plants and any direct ship options <br /> • Local recruiting will continue <br /> Startup will be either with existing staff if they would be transitioning with Project Management oversight out of <br /> our Columbia office or with Columbia Staff pending local recruitment or transfer. Tradebe is in the process of <br /> opening an office in the Raleigh area but it will not be operational during the contract startup phase. Long term <br /> Project Management would occur out of the local office. <br /> COLLECTION DESCRIPTION <br /> Tradebe will furnish all the labor, packing, transportation and disposal needs required by the County under the <br /> requirements and Scope of Work requested in the RFP. Tradebe's trained chemists and technicians will fulfill <br /> all of the segregating and packing duties. Tradebe's Account Manager and Operations Manager will work with <br /> the district personnel to develop final plans for the daily collections and removal schedules. Tradebe already <br /> has the necessary permits and licenses to fulfill this purpose. Tradebe will work with the County to confirm on <br /> site staffing requirements for the two permanent collection location facilities. Tradebe understands that current <br /> work hours for both the Eubanks Road and Walnut Grove locations are open and staffed 7:OOAM to 6:OOPM <br /> Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 7:OOAM to 5PM Saturday and 1:OOPM to 6:OOPM on Sunday. <br /> Tradebe will work with the County should the need for alternate hours or locations arise. Tradebe will secure all <br /> material by the end of the day. The collection procedures will be identical for the Eubanks Road and Walnut <br /> Grove locations. OFOA waste will be monitored on a weekly basis by one of the weekend staff members. <br /> Container volumes will be monitored and samples pulled for any tanks close to full. They will be locked out and <br /> the waste pickup scheduled with our subcontractor. <br /> A Chemist as well as the Service Center's manager/supervisor will be cross-trained on the site requirements to <br /> act as an alternate in case of scheduled vacations or sick leave occurrences. <br /> SCREENING, RECEIVING &OFF-LOADING PARTICIPANTS <br /> Tradebe will work to safely and efficiently unload the participants' vehicles in a friendly and professional <br /> manner. Tradebe's on-site personnel will have a clear understanding of hazardous chemicals and will be able <br /> to answer questions from residents. <br /> As the vehicle pulls into the unloading lane, the participant will be asked to put their car in the park position and <br /> remain in the vehicle. The unloader will inspect the load for any leaking containers or unacceptable material <br /> and notify the customer if any are found. If any potentially dangerous items (i.e. explosive, radioactive, and bio <br /> hazardous) are discovered, the Technician will have an existing list of disposal options to provide the <br /> Sustainability at Work 29 <br />
