Labor Pricing Proposal- The County prefers labor to be broken down in both an hourly rate and a <br /> monthly rate and that the labor be the same across both WRCs. County may substitute its own <br /> trained labor if and when the County trains personnel as certified operators. <br /> 4. Non-Acceptable Materials Proposal- While the County will make every effort to instruct residents of <br /> how to properly dispose of non-acceptable items there may be a rare instance in which the <br /> Contractor will be asked to dispose of a particular material such an antique mercury mirror, or <br /> another rare item not generally in the scope of HHW. The County asks the Contractor to make such <br /> an assumption based on such rare instances. <br /> 9.1.14 Financial Capability and Insurance - This section must include an indication of financial <br /> capability for handling services to be delivered, including Insurance Coverage. Insurance <br /> coverage requirements are listed in the County Contract,Attachment A. <br /> 9.2 PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE <br /> Any incomplete proposal or proposal deviating from the required format may, at the County's sole discretion, <br /> be eliminated by the County. <br /> 9.3 SELECTION PROCESS <br /> A selection committee shall be established by the County to review responses.
