DocuSign Envelope ID: E53DCC3C-B8E8-410C-BB50-A039C27BD393 <br /> contractually(Attachment A). <br /> 9.1.2Statement of Understanding of Services Sought by County - <br /> This section must include a statement of Proposer's understanding of the services being sought by <br /> the County, and include a description of Scope of Work for Household Hazardous Waste and CESQG <br /> Services. <br /> 9.1.3Materials Accepted <br /> Provide a detailed list, with pictures, of items accepted and not accepted as part of the collection <br /> program. <br /> 9.1.4Project Personnel <br /> This section must include name and title of the responsible Project Manager in charge of providing <br /> services as described in this proposal. Due to the scope and complexity of the project, County <br /> expects that the Contractor Project Manager will be an experienced person with at least three years <br /> supervision experience in HHW collection. This section must also include a list of any other specific <br /> contracts or projects on which the Contractor Project Manager is working, and include assurances <br /> that she/he will be able to provide the necessary oversight and attention to this project. Finally, this <br /> section must include a resume for all key people working on this project. Resumes must describe <br /> individuals' experience and probable responsibility on this project. It should be noted that each HHW <br /> WRC is open fifty-nine (59) hours each week including Saturdays and Sundays except where noted <br /> when holidays or other County-stipulated closures are to occur). <br /> 9.1.5Subcontractors <br /> This section must include a description of proposed involvement of subcontractors, including <br /> potential uses and responsibilities. <br /> 9.1.6Data Management <br /> Contractor's data management system for acquiring and tracking customer and materials data. Also <br /> includes what method will be utilized to provide accurate reports by material and location to the <br /> County. <br /> 9.1.7Current and Past Experience <br /> This section must include a description of Contractor's current and past experience providing <br /> services similar to those that the County seeks. This section must include a list of clients to whom <br /> similar services have been provided within the past three (3) years. The list of clients must include <br /> accurate name, phone number, and email address of contact person. Current and / or past clients <br /> may be asked by County to provide reference for Proposer. <br /> 9.1.8Technical Expertise <br /> This section must include a description of Contractor's technical expertise in the operation of HHW <br /> facilities, the provision of HHW and CESQG services, and the collection and disposal of hazardous <br /> waste. Include in this section an explanation of Contractor's knowledge and understanding of <br /> applicable laws, rules and regulations and experience working with relevant regulatory agencies. <br /> 9.1.9 Transition Plan <br /> Include detailed transition plan from current Household Hazardous Waste Contractor and/or current <br /> OFOA collection provider that describes plans and schedule of events for the provision of services. <br /> The transition plan will serve as an attachment to the approved contract once approved by the <br /> County. <br /> 9.1.10 Project Approach <br /> 28 of 45 <br /> RFP No. 5255 <br />
