The cost to prepare and provide the deliverables shall be included in <br /> the Contractor's unit collection prices. <br /> a. Invoices <br /> On a monthly basis no later than thirty (30) business days after the service provided, the <br /> Contractor shall submit a detailed invoice to the County in both electronic and paper format. <br /> The Invoice shall reference the applicable purchase order number and be itemized by service <br /> for the services provided during the month. The County will not approve payment to the <br /> Contractor until the monthly reporting needs have been accurately submitted to and received <br /> by the County. Further details on invoices can be found in Section 4. <br /> b. Monthly Reports <br /> Contractor shall provide the requested monthly reports by the tenth (loth) working day. <br /> c. Yearly Reports <br /> Contractor shall provide the requested yearly report by the tenth (loth) working day of July. <br /> d. Living Wage <br /> The Contractor is encouraged to pay all personnel at minimum the living wage as dictated by <br /> the Orange County Board of County Commissioners. At time of this writing, the living wage is <br /> $14.25. <br /> 7. TRANSITION PLAN <br /> Contractors shall provide a detailed transition plan that describes the plans and schedule of events <br /> for the provision of new services. If applicable, the awardee should propose how to work with current <br /> Contractor to affect a smooth transition. Discuss the methodology proposed to minimize the impact <br /> of any operational change that may occur. Discuss the methodology of OFOA collection and how <br /> current receptacles will be returned to the current Contractor. <br /> 8. CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEES AND LABOR <br /> Contractor's employees shall be competent, reliable and able to empty HHW containers without <br /> assistance. Contractors should also be able to lift trash and recycling receptacles at the end of each <br /> business day or when full and empty into appropriate containers. Contractor shall have adequate <br /> labor, facilities, and equipment and inventory to handle the quantity of participants as proposed in <br /> this contract. <br /> 9.
