The terms of the contract between the SHIIP office and the agencies require local programs meet these goals for <br /> the contract period . The uses of these funds are not limited to but MUST include the following activities : <br /> 1 . Expand Low Income subsidy ( LIS ) outreach and enrollment in the county by conducting a minimum <br /> of four enrollment clinics during the period 10 / 1 / 2018 through 9 / 29 / 2019 , clinics are to be held <br /> in non - traditional locations , i . e . , library , church , senior housing complex , etc . , <br /> 2 . Display Monthly Prevention and wellness campaign Posters in your respective agency and at <br /> SHIIP outreach events during the reporting period , i . e . , health fairs , awareness events , etc . ; <br /> 3 . submit Client counseling Contact and Public & Media outreach ( NPR ) forms in a timely manner <br /> through the STARS website ; <br /> 4 . work with the Area Agency on Aging in your area to conduct outreach events in the county . <br /> Page 10 of 15 <br />
