With more than 34 years of industry <br /> experience combined with his legal training, Mitch provides unparalleled knowledge of industry trends <br /> and a keen ability for strategic thinking. Mitch will have final responsibility for all aspects of project <br /> work and is ultimately accountable for all services provided by our firm. <br /> Robin Mitchell, Director of Technical Services,will serve as Project Manager. She has 31 years of <br /> integrated solid waste management experience with special expertise in composition studies and <br /> strategic planning. Robin has overseen nearly all KCI composition studies for the past 18 years for a <br /> wide range of clients including school systems, large institutions, hotels and resorts, large venues and <br /> arenas, and communities throughout the United States. As Project Manager, Robin will review all project <br /> plans and protocols and will be responsible for final deliverables. <br /> Peter Engel,with 31 years of experience in solid waste management,will serve as Senior Consultant for <br /> the project. Peter combines strategic thinking with technical and analytical skills to help clients achieve <br /> their materials management goals and objectives. With extensive knowledge on recyclables processing <br /> technology, recycling markets, and MRF development, Peter will provide technical advice throughout <br /> the project to ensure the project meets the current and future needs of the County and that the <br /> methodology and results fit within the current recycling environment within the United States and <br /> North Carolina. <br /> Ryan Graunke, Consultant,will serve as the onsite Field Supervisor. Ryan has planned and supervised <br /> composition studies for more than a dozen clients in the past three years, including the County's recent <br /> WCS and RCSs in Durham, NC; ECUA(Escambia County), FL; Lee County, FL; and Sarasota County, FL. <br /> Jane Gallagher, Associate,will serve KCI's local coordinator, as needed.
