The color coding refers to the <br /> following:the blue are those materials that are allowed in the County's single-stream curbside, multifamily, <br /> commercial, drop-off and other recycling collection programs,the red are those materials that have current <br /> recycling markets but are not permitted in the curbside or other County single stream collection programs, but <br /> may be collected elsewhere by the County or other area entities like thrift stores. <br /> The green are compostable materials that do not belong in any recycling programs.The grey are materials for <br /> which there are no practically available local or regional markets.(the exception might be the inert debris like <br /> brick, but not in the small amounts that would be found in recycling or MSW) <br /> Orange County, 200 S.
