He asked <br />if, with 2 acre lots, the way the houses are to be placed, would a good <br />part of the property by left with trees. <br />Phil Post, engincer, responded yes. He stated that the road would be a <br />very narrow corridor and would use only a Mall portion of the lot. He <br />stated that there would not be much clear cutting and the area. would <br />remain nicely wooded. <br />Barrows asked how big is the parcel to the north of the property. Kirk <br />responded that the subject parcel is 21 acres and according to the tax map <br />the northern property is approximately 30-35 aces. <br />Barrows asked if the staff would recommend stab-outs.
