Asphalt Fiberglass Shingles — Section 073113 <br /> Be Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim — Section 076200 <br /> 1 . 04 Quality Assurance <br /> A Qualifications of manufacturer : Products used in this work shall be produced by <br /> Manufacturers regularly engaged in the manufacture of similar items and with a history <br /> of successful production acceptable to the Designer . <br /> B Sealant Contractor shall be an approved applicator by the sealant manufacturer. Sealant <br /> Contractor shall provide written certification from the manufacturer of such prior to <br /> beginning work . <br /> C In acceptance or rejection of the work of this section , the Owner will make no allowance <br /> for lack of skill on the part of the workmen . <br /> 1 . 05 Product Handling <br /> A . Deliver materials to the job site in original, unopened containers . Materials are to be <br /> stored in a protected area between 40 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit . <br /> Be Do not retain on the job site any material which has exceeded the shelf life <br /> recommended by its manufacturer . <br /> C . Protect all surfaces from staining or damage . All damaged work shall be repaired or <br /> replaced as directed by the Designer and at no additional cost to the Owner. <br /> 1 . 06 Job Conditions <br /> Do not apply caulking or sealants when the surface temperature is below 40 degrees Fahrenheit <br /> or above 125 degrees Fahrenheit . Do not apply materials when surface is damp or during cold , <br /> rainy, or frosty weather. <br /> 09 -26 Sealants and Caulking <br /> 079200= 1 <br />
