5thWall Building Diagnostics Consultants Government Services Annex <br /> District Attorney Office <br /> Roof Replacement <br /> November 2009 <br /> 3 . All wiring needed to facilitate construction of the project shall be temporary in <br /> nature and shall be furnished and installed by the Contractor at no cost to the <br /> Owner . Upon completion of the work, the Contractor shall remove all such <br /> temporary wiring and restore service to its original condition at no cost to the <br /> Owner . <br /> 4 . Provide flexible power cords as required for construction operations . <br /> Be Heating <br /> The Contractor shall provide and maintain all heat needed for proper conduct of all <br /> operations included in the work. <br /> C . Water <br /> The Owner shall furnish reasonable quantities of water required for construction at no cost to <br /> the Contractor. <br /> D . Telephone <br /> The Contractor shall provide an on site telephone throughout the duration of the project at no <br /> cost to the Owner. <br /> 2002 Sanitary Facilities <br /> Contractor shall provide and maintain proper temporary sanitary facilities in the quantities required <br /> for use of all personnel . All facilities shall be maintained in a sanitary condition at all times in a <br /> location as designated by the Owner . <br /> 2203 Enclosures <br /> A. Contractor shall furnish, install and maintain for the duration of the project, all scaffolds , <br /> ladders, tarpaulins , barricades , warning signs, platforms, bridges, canopies, steps, and other <br /> temporary construction required to properly facilitate completion of the project in <br /> compliance with all safety and other regulations and in accordance with requirements of the <br /> Owner . <br /> Be Contractor shall provide all necessary safeguards to warn and prevent pedestrians and <br /> Owner's personnel from being exposed to dangers or hazards created by this project. <br /> Safeguards shall be in accordance with Owner ' s requirements . <br /> 2 . 04 Signs <br /> A. The contractor shall place signage at the various access points for the work disclosing the <br /> work and the responsible contact information as approved in advance by the Owner. <br /> Be No advertising of any kind shall be allowed on the project site . <br /> 09 -26 Temporary Facilities and Controls <br /> 01500042 <br />
