5thWall Building Diagnostics Consultants Government Services Annex <br /> District Attorney Office <br /> Roof Replacement <br /> November 2009 <br /> DIVISION 1 <br /> GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> SECTION 012200 <br /> PROJECT MEETINGS <br /> PART1 GENERAL <br /> 1 . 01 Related Documents <br /> Drawings and general provisions of the contract including General, Supplemental, and Special <br /> Conditions and other Division 1 specification sections apply to work of this section. <br /> 1 . 02 Description <br /> To provide for an orderly review during progress of the work and to provide for the systematic <br /> discussion of problems that may arise throughout the construction period . <br /> 1 . 03 Representation <br /> Each Contractor and major Subcontractor shall be represented at every meeting by a responsible <br /> representative member of its organization . The Owner, Designer, and/or its authorized representative <br /> shall also attend . <br /> 1 . 04 Submittals <br /> A . The proceedings of these meetings shall be recorded by the Contractor . One copy of the <br /> proceedings shall be furnished to the Owner and each required representative . <br /> Be Occasionally the Designer shall conduct a meeting. By conducting and recording the <br /> meeting, it shall not be construed that the Designer is scheduling or coordinating <br /> Contractor's work. <br /> 1 . 05 Decisions/Interpretations <br /> All decisions and interpretations given by the Designer at project meetings shall be made on behalf <br /> of the Owner and shall be conclusive on each contractor affected . <br /> PART 2 PRODUCTS <br /> Not Used <br /> PART 3 EXECUTION <br /> 3 . 01 Periodic Project Meetings <br /> A .
