Cameron Street, Hillsborough, North Carolina ( 113700 <br /> square feet approximately) . <br /> The work will include , but not necessarily be limited to the following . <br /> A . Removal and disposal of existing shingle roof systems to include all related flashings and <br /> accessories . <br /> Be Preparation of existing substrate to receive new shingle roofing . <br /> C . Installation of felt underlayment over prepared substrate . <br /> D . Installation of eave and ice dam protection . <br /> E . Installation of glass fiber base granular surfaced , dimensional , asphalt shingles . <br /> F . Installation of static and ridge ventilation . <br /> G . Installation of sheet metal flashing and trim to include but not necessarily limited to edge <br /> flashing, valley, gutter, downspout, step flashing, and counterflashing . <br /> H . Provide and install other accessory or incidental components , or modify other roof <br /> features/items , not specifically listed or shown on drawings , but required for the complete <br /> and proper installation of the new fluid- applied roof membrane . <br /> 1 . 03 Contract Method : <br /> Construct the work based on the lump sums and unit prices provided . <br /> 1 . 04 Work Sequence : <br /> A Work shall proceed in a continuous and orderly manner .
