Orange County Public Works Remedial Roofing — District Attorney Office Government Services Annex Should the actual quantities be increased or decreased relative to the estimated quantities included in the Proposal , the Unit Prices shown will be used to adjust the contract price in accordance with the contract documents throughout the life of the contract. The Schedule of Values which will be used in the contractor's application for payment shall be the items , units, unit prices and total prices all as shown herein . Bidder understands that the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. The Bidder agrees that this bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids . Bidder further certifies that no employee of Orange County Public Works has any interest, direct or indirect, in this Corporation or Partnership , or in this contract. Bidder further certifies that the foregoing statements made by it are true and that if any of the foregoing statements made are willfully false it is subject to punishment . Tabulation of Subcontractors and other persons and organizations required to be identified in this Proposal .
