The Board of Education will not undertake or contract for such extraordinary <br />maintenance and repairs of Field 3b without the prior consent of the Town and the &unty. <br />(a) As set forth in paragraph 1(a), the Town and the County, or either ?f them, may, <br />at their own cost and expense, install and maintain lights at one or more of the Fit <br />or parties installing lights at the Field(s) shall be responsible for the maintenance <br />the light system.
