All other walls in the rooms will receive one (1) coat of paint to match. <br />FLOORING <br />x New vinyl cove base will be installed to match the existing cove base where removed. <br />x New VCT in the kitchen <br />ELECTRICAL <br />x Any electrical outlets in the affected walls will be relocated into the new stud wall as <br />necessary. <br />PLUMBING <br />x Detach and reset of plumbing fixtures in the kitchen to accommodate new wall framing <br />and cabinet install. <br />MOLD REMEDIATION <br />x Containment will be set up to protect all non-contaminated areas from exposure. Air <br />filtration devices (AFD’s) will be utilized during the demolition and reconstruction process. <br />All walls ceilings and floors will be HEPA vacuumed, then cleaned with an antimicrobial <br />solution and HEPA vacuumed a second time to remove all microbial growth. Carpet will <br />be cleaned with pressure steam to remove microbial growth. <br />MILLWORK <br />x Plastic laminate cabinets and plastic laminate countertops. Includes refrigerator cabinet, <br />lock at upper cabinet adjacent to ref. cab, handicap accessible sink cab, door and drawer <br />base cabs with 6 drawers. <br />x Cabinets to be standard flush overlay plastic laminate cabinet with dowel construction <br />in accordance with AWI guidelines. Cabinet interiors, including open cabinets and <br />drawers to be white melamine.
