Most cable subscribers will pay $2.92 more monthly in 2001 <br />than during 2000. TWC will collect $210,240 more from the 6000 subscribes in Orange County <br />plus an additional $10,512 in franchise fees, which are paid to the County. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board adopt a Resolution/Order <br />setting Time Warner's 2001 Basic Service Tier Maximum Permitted Rates at $11.72, $12.07 <br />and $13.70 for the Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Durham Cable TV Systems in the unincorporated <br />areas of the Orange County.
