The state and OSHA have <br /> formally recognized the Raleigh,NC site as SHARP Certified and have granted exemption <br /> from OSHA Programmed Inspections. Sonoco also has earned and upheld a world-class <br /> recordable injury rate("TIR")among our industry. <br /> V. Sonoco Recycling has no violations to report,below is our safety <br /> record over the last five years: <br /> o 2012 No claims <br /> o 2013 No claims <br /> c 2014 OSHA Complaint-Investigation Closed, 1 non- <br /> serious finding,no penalty. <br /> o 2015 No claims <br /> o 2016 No claims <br /> o 2017 No claims <br /> o 2018 No claims <br /> vi. Sonoco complies with all OSHA regulations in regards to <br /> storage,transportation,and disposal of recyclable materials. <br /> vii. Sonoco complies with local, state,and federal regulations <br /> concerning processing, storage, and transportation of recyclable <br /> materials. <br /> viii. Sonoco maintains close working relationships with the various <br /> regulatory and governmental agencies, including local entities as <br /> well as NC DEQ. <br /> Transition Plan <br /> There is not a need for a transition plan as the material is currently going to Sonoco Recycling in Raleigh. <br />
