Provider when possible will continue to participate in educational and outreach <br /> programs to support recycling commodity improvements in Orange County. <br /> 6. Living Wage Policy <br /> a. Provider acknowledges the Orange County Living Wage Policy. <br /> b. Provider evaluates employee salaries on an annual basis and provides annual wage <br /> increase amounts based on the following key factors: <br /> i. Hourly Wage Surveys <br /> ii. Inflation and Consumer Price Index Reports <br /> iii. Cost of Benefit Changes <br /> iv. Sonoco's Competitiveness on Cost <br /> Currently, Provider does not have any hourly employees that are paid less than $14.95 per hour that will <br /> be working on the County contract but do use contractors who have employees that are paid less than <br /> $14.95 per hour. <br /> c. County acknowledges that this complies with the County Living Wage Policy. <br />
