Provider <br /> shall make sufficient tonnages available for backhaul by Orange County to avoid the residual charge. <br /> c. Orange County will coordinate the removal of residue in an amount equivalent to the tons <br /> allocated to the contamination percentage as determined under Section 1 of this Attachment A, in a <br /> manner so as not to negatively impact Orange County operations or the Providers operations. <br /> Provider will load County walking floor trailers with baled residue for hauling.
