3 <br />(4) The administrative staffs of the jurisdictions shall report to their respective Boards <br />on a timely basis, mutually exchange and review zoning requests, special use <br />permits, subdivisions, site plans or annexations requested for land fronting on any <br />of the corridors and within areas of mutual interest. <br />(5) The administrative staffs of each jurisdiction shall pursue cooperative efforts to <br />coordinate plans for improvements to the public rights-of-way in the corridors or <br />areas of mutual interest. Such plans shall include streetscape plans, landscaping <br />projects, sign regulations unique to the corridor or roadway construction or any <br />development regulations specifically designed for the corridor or area of mutual <br />interest. <br />(6) The administrative staffs of each jurisdiction shall pursue cooperative efforts to <br />coordinate long range land use plans. <br />(7) The group's objectives are to cooperatively: <br />a. Seek compatible uses of land and natural resources; <br />b. Achieve a smooth transition between areas of development within each <br />jurisdiction; <br />c. Provide appropriate entryway into each jurisdiction from the other; and <br />d.
