The determination of appropriate <br />types of water distribution' facilities in the <br />County Should be made in close cooperation with <br />.utility service prQyiders, both <br />Public ' and private, and with ' munici.pali.tieS . <br />H. Watershed Protection policies <br />Watershed protection should be given a higli <br />priority in any activity related to land,use <br />planning in orange County. Orange County will, in <br />those areas for which it has planning and zoning <br />jurisdiction and authority, US e this authority to <br />designate protected watersheds in the Land use <br />Element of the.
