The Duties in paragraph 2. do not apply until after the"occurrence" or offense to: <br /> (1) You, if you are an individual; <br /> (2) A Partner, if you are a partnership; <br /> (3) An"executive officer" or insurance manager, if you are a corporation; <br /> (4) Your elected or appointed officials, trustees, board members, or your insurance manager if you are <br /> an organization other than a partnership,joint venture, or limited liability company. <br /> 19.Voluntary Property Damage Coverage: <br /> The following coverage is added: <br /> At your request, we will pay for"loss" to tangible property of others arising out of your business operations, The most <br /> we will pay for this coverage is$5,000 for each "occurrence"with a$10,000 aggregate limit during the policy period. <br /> The"loss" must occur during the policy period and in the"coverage territory." <br /> "Loss" means unintended damage or destruction. "Loss"does not mean disappearance, abstraction, theft, or <br /> voluntary parting with property as a result of trick, scheme, or false pretense. <br /> Voluntary Property Damage Coverage does not apply to: <br /> A. Damage arising out of the ownership, maintenance, use, or entrustment of any "auto"; <br /> B. Property you own, occupy, rent or lease from others, or <br /> C. Property on your premises for sale, service, repair or storage. <br /> If the policy to which this endorsement is attached is written with a property damage liability deductible, the deductible <br /> shall apply to this Voluntary Property Damage Coverage. The limits of coverage stated above shall not be reduced by <br /> the amount of this deductible. <br /> } 20.Waiver Of Transfer Of Rights Of Recovery Against Others <br /> Paragraph 8.Transfer Of Rights Of Recovery Against Others To Us (of SECTION IV--COMMERCIAL GENERAL <br /> LIABILITY CONDITIONS) <br /> The following is added: <br /> We will waive any right of recovery we may have against a person or organization because of payments we have <br /> made under this insurance for injuries or damages arising out of"your work" done under a written contract with that <br /> person or organization provided that: <br /> a.
