i <br /> i <br /> DocuSign Envelope ID:472CD85E-796C-4E42-A730-E5366BB12016 <br /> I <br /> Exhibit A: Basic Services <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> The Land Conservation Assistant will perform the following work and services for the period July I, 2019 <br /> —June 30, 2020. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> • Conduct annual site visits to all Lands Legacy properties* and conservation easements to assess <br /> compliance with legal restrictions and to document findings <br /> • Develop annual monitoring reports for all Lands Legacy properties and conservation easements <br /> (photo points and narrative) <br /> • Prepare baseline documentation for any new conservation easements and trail easements <br /> • Develop Land Management Plans for all Lands Legacy properties <br /> • Perform stewardship activities on all Lands Legacy properties, including but not limited to <br /> invasive species removal,trash removal,trail marking,trespassing issues, encroachment issues, <br /> and developing/posting special signage i <br /> • Mark boundaries of Lands Legacy properties, conservation easements,and trail easements <br /> ■ Maintain DEAPR's tabular database of all conservation easements in Orange County and <br /> synching with Land Records/GIS database <br /> • Prepare draft management plans for certain County-awned nature preserves/natural areas (e.g., <br /> Seven Mile Creek and McGowan Creek) <br /> • Assist the Land Conservation Manager in land acquisitions and other relevant duties as needed <br /> *Lands Legacy properties refer to County-awned properties acquired for future parks and preserves <br /> I <br />
