He <br />said these bills will be discussed in committee this Thursday. Closed Session – ADDED: CHAIR RICH <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner McKee, seconded by Commissioner Dorosin to <br />go into closed session at 9:45 p.m. for the purposes below: <br /> <br />"To consult with an attorney retained by the Board in order to preserve the attorney-client <br />privilege between the attorney and the Board.” “N.C.G.S. § 143-318.11(a)(3) <br /> <br />“To discuss matters related to the location or expansion of industries or other businesses in the <br />area served by the public body, including agreement on a tentative list of economic <br />development incentives that may be offered by the public body in negotiations,” NCGS § 143- <br />318.11(a)(4).) <br /> <br />“To consider the qualifications, competence, performance, character, fitness, conditions of <br />appointment, or conditions of initial employment of an individual public officer or employee or <br />prospective public officer or employee” NCGS § 143-318.11(a) (6). <br /> <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> <br />RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION <br />A motion was made by Commissioner McKee seconded by Commissioner Dorosin to <br />reconvene into regular session at 10:10pm. <br /> <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> <br />14.
