Funding Recommendations : Having published a Request for Proposals for needed services for a <br /> minimum of thirty ( 30 ) days , the JCPC has screened the submitted proposals and has determined <br /> which proposals best meet the advertised needed services . As required by statute , the JCPC <br /> recommends allocation of the NC Department of Public Safety (NC DJJ) funds to the following <br /> programs in the amounts specified below for FY 19 - 20 (see Orange County Funding Plan) : <br /> l . Boomerang $ 28 , 131 <br /> 2 . Juvenile Community Service and Restitution $ 69 , 870 <br /> 3 . Mediation/Conflict Resolution $ 40 , 500 <br /> 4 . Parent Teen Solutions $ 45 , 500 <br /> 5 . Teen Court $ 619330 <br /> 6 . Wrenn House $ 109722 <br /> 7 .
