Once you have determined that the contract Is acceptable, <br /> please sign and mail two copies to Jenny Halsey, TJCOG, 4307 Emperor Blvd., Suite 110, Durham, NC 27703 . We <br /> will execute them and mail one back to you . Agreements must be fully executed prior to expenditure of funds.
