Proposed revisions <br />include adding two new areas (Area 1 and 2) to the existing 1-40 / <br />Old NC 86 EDD and amending the existing 1-40 / Old NC 86 EDD <br />(Area A) by revising land uses and process. The zoning atlas <br />amendments are as follows: <br />Area 1: Rezone from R-1 to ED-LO1 properties located between <br />existing 140 / Old NC 86 EDD and along the western side of NC 86 <br />being identified as Hillsborough Township, Tax Map 49, Block B, Lots <br />15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 22 (part) and Tax Map 50 Lots 6, 7, and 8 <br />containing 97.67 acres more or less.
