Provider will compensate County an amount equal to the disposal tipping fee charged by <br />the accepting transfer station plus 10% for any residue hauled in excess of the Orange <br />County Contamination percentage. The tipping fee for the Durham Transfer Station as of <br />July 1, 2019 is $47.50 per ton. Orange County will notify Provider thirty days prior to any <br />increase to the tipping fee.
