35 <br /> Funding Recommendations: Having published a Request for Proposals for needed services for a <br /> minimum of thirty(30)days,the JCPC has screened the submitted proposals and has determined <br /> which proposals best meet the advertised needed services. As required by statute,the JCPC <br /> recommends allocation of the NC Department of Public Safety(NC DJJ) funds to the following <br /> programs in the amounts specified below for FY 19-20 (see Orange County Funding Plan): <br /> 1. Boomerang $28,131 <br /> 2. Juvenile Community Service and Restitution $69,870 <br /> 3. Mediation/Conflict Resolution $40,500 <br /> 4. Parent Teen Solutions $45,500 <br /> 5. Teen Court $61,330 <br /> 6. Wrenn House $10,722 <br /> 7.
