14 <br /> Section 2.2 The bodyof the email shall include exact and complete information on what is to <br /> P <br /> be voted upon; only information which is directly related to the subject of the <br /> voting may be contained in the email voting proposal. <br /> Section 3. Voting Period <br /> i <br /> Section 3.1 A proposal can only be retracted within the voting period. <br /> Section 3.2 The voting period starts when the email is sent out to the membership,unless <br /> specified otherwise in the voting proposal, and lasts for a period of two weeks. <br /> Section 3.3 During the voting period the members cast their votes. Only votes cast within-the <br /> voting period are considered for the results of the voting. <br /> Adopted June 2015 <br />
