He said it could affect 2020-21 tax rates, and it could be added 6 <br />to the debt model and be brought back for Board consideration. 7 <br />Chair Rich said the systems will need to be fixed, and money will have to be spent at 8 <br />some point. 9 <br />Commissioner McKee said he is aware of that, but he is trying to understand the budget 10 <br />as compared to available funds, and available funds going forward. 11 <br />Commissioner Price asked if the feasibility studies were done in 2020, when would 12 <br />projects go online? 13 <br />Travis Myren said probably next fiscal year - 20-21.
