The Clark, was <br />authorized to mail sane to the State Highxay Commission. <br />1. Road located in Chanel hill Torrnshio runs from off Orange Grove Road to Phillips <br />Russell's stock farm and is immm as old Garrett Aoad. <br />2. Road located 1n Chapel Hill Ta:mshin runs from Otey's Aoad to tii ng's M111 Road and is <br />knmm as Coker Drive, <br />3. Aoad located in Chapel Nill Township runs Lrom North Columbia Street to Stinson Street <br />and is knotrn as Isley Street. <br />4. Aoad located in Chapel Hill To-wnahip runs t: om Rt, 15 G 501 to dead end and is kno:m <br />as Milton Street, <br />~' S. Hogan, Chairnan Orange County Suoervieors iteuse River <br />S o11 Conservation District. btr, Hogan atabed that legislation will be introduced in the General <br />Assembly to permit county governments to give financial assistance to the Soil Conservation <br />District Program, ha ranted permission to include Orange Counu,~ in said bill. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Stanford the C1er:t ':ras reouested to ackna;ledgc Mr. Hogan's <br />letter and to invite him to appear' before the Board, if he so desired, but to set forth that <br />Orange County did not look with favor upon said proposed legislation and did not desire that the <br />county be included in said bill, <br />Chairman Hobbs read a letter from Senator Edda S. Lanier reauestdng that the Hoard endorse <br />a resolution designating U, S.
