All members of the Hoard present voted <br />i'or the adootion thereof. <br />Dr. 0. David Garvin> District Health OS'ticer> roquea fed that the Board request. the City of <br />Chanel Hill to assist the Covnty Dog 'darden with:"the cornor'at.e limits oT Chanel Hi11 in carrying <br />'' I out the county dog program. Dr'. Garvin based his request on G.S, 106-392 which stereo that the <br />poL.ce depertment within a municioal corporation is to be responsible for the dog program, <br />Uoon motion of Commissioner 4lalker, seconded by Commtssionnr YcDade> and unanimously adopted> <br />fne CLr!< was requested to :tr_te to the Tvrn Aianager, the :laygr and the ChieT of Police in Chapel <br />Hill requesting them to help with County Dog 4larden, <br />
